Buenos días amiguis!! El viernes ha llegado y con él una súper noticia. Por fin puedo compartir con vosotros la sorpresa que la gama Deluxe de Lidl tenía guardada en el bolsillo para el comienzo de la cuenta atrás hacia los días navideños. El restaurante efímero en modo Pop-Up que estará durante cuatro días en el corazón de Madrid.
Ayer tuve el placer de asistir a uno de los eventos más emocionantes de este año, la cena benéfica que junto a Lidl y la revista ELLE tuvo lugar en los emblemáticos Cines Capitol en la Gran Vía Madrileña. Un despliegue de estilo y glamour se respiraba entre la decoración y los selectos invitados. Tuve el honor de cenar junto a la directora de belleza de la revista, María Fernández Miranda; la presentadora Juncal Rivero y mis queridos compañeros y amigos Lara, Bru y Sergio. Todo al mando de la batuta vocal de Miguel Angel Muñoz y Patricia Conde que animaron y presentaron el cotarro con una alegría que nos llevó de la cena a los Gin-tonics, pero no nos adelantemos.
Os preguntaréis porque nos convocaron a tantos perfiles diferentes a cenar un jueves por la noche en un lugar tan extraño como un cine. Pues bien, Lidl ha querido compartir su espíritu navideño con los visitantes de la capital con un restaurante Pop-up que estará en la misma localización desde hoy hasta el día 28 de noviembre (tenéis toda la info AQUI y podréis reservar desde su web o en el mismo lugar antes de cada turno de comida, dos al medio día y dos en horario de cena), con un delicioso menú compuesto íntegramente por productos de su gama Deluxe y diseñado por el genialisimo Sergi Arola.
Manteniendo su mantra de «calidad y precio no están reñidos» han marcado que el menú sólo costará 10,75€ y toda la recaudación ira dirigida a la ONG Ayuda en Acción, si es que no pueden ser más majos esta gente de Lidl!
Los comensales podrán disfrutar de una crema de guisantes con aceite de vainilla y crujiente de yogurt; una pata de pulpo con parmentier de patata violeta y perlas de vinagreta; el canelón de trufa y foie; y el medallón de ciervo con salsa de chocolate picante y couscous de coliflor; para terminar un postre que hará que nos olvidemos de la dieta y nos tiremos al vacío, una muerte por chocolate digna de una celebración de lujo, la mousse de chocolate con espuma de chocolate blanco y coulis de frambuesa que Arola ha bautizado como: «Ojo de Sauron», que cachondo el tío.
Y con este evento maravilloso y el placer de saber que puedes embelesarte con un menú súper económico, mientras pones tu granito de arena en la lucha que ya lleva tantos años en las manos de Ayuda en Acción, digerir tan deliciosos platos nunca será tan placentero. Además cada uno de los ingredientes los encontrarás en tu Lidl de siempre y podrás dejar boquiabierta a la suegra en noche buena siendo el chef estrella de las navidades hogareñas ¿Qué me dices? ¿Listos para poneros manos a la obra entre fogones? Yo ya estoy tramando como sorprender a mi querida madre diciendo «Mami esta noche cocino yo, prepárate…»
